I thought it would be cool to share my sim racing evolution and thought process for those that might be looking at getting into sim racing or are just generally curious. Around the middle of 2022 I realized that I missed my IRL drifting days and had an itch for drifting that wasn’t going away. After much thought and research, I decided to take the plunge into the sim racing world not only for myself but also redirecting my twitch stream/content to sim racing. At the time, I wasn’t sure how serious or committed I would be so I wanted to create a setup that was as cost efficient as possible but also could be used long term if I decided to commit. I decided to go with a wheel stand and a Thrustmaster T300, TLCM pedals and Thrustmaster ecosystem. I used this setup for about a year with about 1,200 hours of driving time without any issues but once I hit that year mark I felt comfortable saying that I was committed enough to take things to the next level. I did some more research to determine what my upgrade path would look like and I am very proud to be able to work with @advancedsimracing using their ASR 6 chassis which has far exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend ASR enough for those of you looking for your next upgrade. After making the switch from a wheel stand to an actual sim chassis I decided to also take my equipment to the next level and worked with @moza_racing_official to upgrade to their R12 wheel base and CRP pedals. Out of the box I immediately could tell the higher level of quality and adjustability. I’m extremely excited to see where this new setup takes me and can’t wait to see what the future holds! Thank you to all of those who have supported me along this journey. If you are interested in getting in simracing/drifting don’t hesitate to reach out and for those of you with rigs of your own, I hope we can link up and catch some virtual doors!

Things heave been pretty crazy these last couple of months but just wanted to quickly thank everyone for all the support personally and with DMI. I'm so greatful for all of the wonderful people around me who constantly push for my success and help me grow. I know I wouldn't be even halfway to where I am today without you all in my corner. Thank you 🙏 PS it's still weird for me to see old pictures of me with hair 📷 @obi_nissan_canoli

Just wanted to give a big thank you to @rob_barcroft and @is300_greggy for helping me replace the rear main seal on the dmi F250. Not only that but we were able to fix a couple other things along the way too. I wish I took a picture of it but I had no idea how big the 7.3 manual transmission is, it's MASSIVE! Couldn't have done it without you guys, thank you! 🙏

I think one of my biggest flaws is I compare myself to others and measure my success to other people. But when I see photos like this it reminds me how lucky and greatful I am to be able to be a shop like this, a business that I am able to continually grow, and the friends around me supporting my personal and business growth. So thankful to have people around me supporting me. I can't wait to see what the future holds and what's in store 🙏
