今次試咗七款hand grinder做blind cupping
用所有grinder cup咗三round,
分別試咗三種唔同處理法嘅豆做比較:
washed, natural, anaerobic washed
有人對咖啡有豐富知識
有人純粹鍾意飲啡, 冇深入研究
喺大家對咖啡同cupping有唔同層面認知嘅情況底下, 一齊經歷咗一場感官體驗
鍾意呢種無論經驗知識多少, 只要對咖啡有「好奇心」就可以參與嘅活動
this is not a workshop, not a class,
there are no protocols,
we’re just experiencing, exploring & learning.
咖啡係科學嘅同時, 都係一種生活文化
對某啲人黎講飲啡係為咗吸取咖啡因
咖啡亦可以係一種日常ritual, 甚至係社交橋樑
specialty coffee 更體現人類對quality, consistency, connection, nature, science,
excellence, beauty嘅追求
coffee is more than a beverage - it is a concept
一個無論喺個人定社會層面, 都可以有多重meaning, function, interpretation嘅概念
喺我嘅生命裡面咖啡逐漸變成一個不斷進化嘅metaphor & narrative.
人類為咖啡館嘅「空間」帶黎溫度
