War! What is it good for?! New video for “War” taken from the critically acclaimed “Beware of Bob” produced by the legendary MF GRIMM. Every artist is allowed a political statement now and then. I don’t make many, I did enough of that on my album There’s a Horse in the Hospital in 2020. The world’s a wild place but I bought a replica army helmet and made a music video. Unfortunately, my Darko glasses broke recently so I had to go without them. A sad day in Darko history. I hope you like the video and look out for even more from Beware of Bob soon. It’s my favorite person in the world’s birthday today. No, not E-40. My beautiful wife @alorahelaine1 Our wedding was the best day of my life. The best decision I ever made. As an independent record label owner, I usually make terrible decisions. I’m glad I’ll never have to know what my life would’ve been without her. I’d be a sad little man. What’s the haps? I’m at the American Dream mall. They got a place that sells Corndogs and donuts, same place. It really is a dream. I shot the video for Mall Rats here a while back, check that out on YouTube. I’m playing a show next Friday 4/10 at Century Bar in Philly, then going right to Milk Boy to see my man Serengeti. “Beware of Bob” has been out 2 weeks now which is several months in internet time. What’s your favorite track and what would you like to see a music video for? I’m currently working on a couple right now.
The album’s now on all streaming platforms so give it a listen, and if you’d like to truly support the work me and @mfgrimmofficial did, purchase the vinyl on Bandcamp. It’s cherry red color vinyl made from a mixed blend so no two records will look alike. I specifically mastered a vinyl version too so it’s gonna sound great.
