(YouTube “The Viking Legacy”) Creating this film with The Viking Yacht Company @vikingyachtcompany has been an incredible journey and a true passion project for us. Partnering with the best boat building company on the planet which happens to be a local, family-owned business from our area made it even more meaningful.
From opening its doors in 1964 building wooden boats with only a handful of boat builders to present day 2000+ employees, they are a true American success story. This project is a celebration of our community and the lives who paved the way for the ultimate dream on the water.

Shooting 16mm film with @flynn_novak many moons ago at Pipeline. No viewfinder, no way to check exposure on a camera as old as WW2 that sometimes didn’t work. A lot of effort in getting a shot or two that you didn’t know was a success or not until weeks after you got the film back. Pretty wild stuff…

Turns out, @zionwright and I have a lot in common. Aside from our God given talent on a skateboard, we both are men of bidnis.
These clips of Zion are from a @redbullusa and @officialhardrock project that I was brought on from the @darkfallpro boys, @adephillipo and @gesler . I was on follow cam with Zion using the #ronin4d and basically got to use the hotel / casino as a skate park so Zion and I just did what we do best; get to bidnis.
