Jhoany Juarez graduates this week with a B.S. in agricultural business. Motivated to give back to his community, he chose this major to gain a thorough understanding of production agriculture and has mentored many of his peers. In 2025, Jhoany received the @denbizjournal Rising Star award in the Leaders in Agriculture program, a partnership with the Colorado Farm Bureau.
What’s next for him? He’s joining @dairytechllc as an inside sales representative and hopes to eventually move into account management.
