Though I’m still currently working my job as Creative Director at Scene Magazine, as well as some side projects, I’ve been trying to ease into doing even more work that feeds my soul—the creative projects I originally set out to do after college. I’m officially opening up to freelance, part-time, contract projects, commissions, and similar.
I’m experienced in character design, illustration, concept art, 3D modeling, album/merch art, graphic design, logo design, and layout. Outside of these, I’m constantly absorbing new skills and love undertaking new challenges.

Throwback to probably the coolest thing I’ve ever done! It’s been 4 years today since I could officially announce that I was lucky enough to work on a merch illustration for @la_dispute ‘s Panorama tour, in collaboration with @adamvass who completed the stellar logo design and layout. Those who know me well know that LD is my favorite band, so the gig meant a lot to me. The fact that these guys are so down to earth and wonderful to work with meant even more.

Meet our new little guy, Jet! ✨ For those who don’t know, I’ve recently gone full-puppet (at least that’s what my friends like to call it). It started earlier this year when I had the idea to make my partner a puppet for his birthday. Jet is crocheted by hand with faux fur yarn, while his mouth and fingers are stitched-on felt.
As a creature designer and sculptor, making this little guy come to life was a way to stretch my creative muscles in a new way, which was extremely rewarding and, most of all—fun! A little bit off the tracks of my usual work, it scratched the itch of whimsy and fun that my day-to-day was missing. Making Jet inspired me to move forward with a series of hand puppets and finger puppets which I’ve been selling at local markets, and will eventually have available online (more on that soon).

Excited to be able to share this one! I’ve recently been working on a series of illustrations for rereleases from @apeironboundmusic . “Astral Reflection - Rebirth” is now streaming on all major platforms, and I also created a shirt design inspired by the album release which is available in the Apeiron Bound merch store (link in their bio). The illustration is a blend of 3D modeling, traditional ink texture, and digital painting.

“Astral Reflection - Rebirth” is a reimagining of the second to last track from our debut record “Multiplicity” released back in 2022. The themes explore clarity, chaos, transcendence, and rebirth through the personification of zen and chaos (yin and yang) ☯️
Featuring a brand new lineup and guest musicians, the song is given new life while paying homage to the past as we prep for new much for the upcoming year and beyond.

I photographed these using a long exposure technique to give the photos the dragged out ghost effect, no photoshop was used except for lighting adjustments and minor edits.

It’s finally here! In honor of the Blood Moon, we’re revealing the artwork for the special edition of Fantasy/Horror novel, Lady Hell by @alyssapageauthor .
The story follows Belle as she’s ushered into an arranged marriage to Bramwell Hellthorne, Lord of Valen. Residing in this gothic mansion on a cliffside far from home, Belle experiences both love and horror as her new haunted home and husband become more than she bargained for.
The illustration was a fun (but challenging!) one to put together. I not only painted Hellthorne Manor featuring Easter eggs from the story, but also tackled visually interpreting the town of Valen.
