The @fallentrident in Newhall is just a few weeks old and gave us an excuse to hang out with good friends and imbibe on tiki cocktails. We will be back!

Extra bonus today, hanging with Norm Langer, son of the founder who has worked here since 1963!

Eric and I have been fans of @stowawaytiki for years. From their original location attached to a mall, the new space just gets better every time we go.

Afternoon of fun at Trader Sam’s.
The bartenders are all so welcoming and the cocktails are perfection. We are counting the days until the inside bar reopens.

One of our local favorites, @broken_compass_tiki does it right! A tasty food menu, great decor and delicious drinks. It may look like an English Pub from the outside, but inside it’s total tiki escapism.

Recently we were fortunate enough to take @devinbarnes_ and @venecia_xcaret to the 99 year-old @sardisnyc in Times Square .
Sardi’s recently announced they’re closing for a few months for renovations. The Shubert organization, who owns the building, has said they are only updating the infrastructure. 🙏 they keep all of the wonderful caricatures that have made them famous.

The tiki bars in Spain are surreal and beautiful. At the top of our list in Barcelona is @kahala_barcelona - family owned since the early 1970’s. @nico_tikicocktails always welcomes us with open arms…and shots! His cocktails are top-notch.
It was a joy to introduce him to our family and have several magical evenings.
The absolutely spectacular @palaumusicacat in Barcelona. One of the most beautiful concert venues in the World. Built between 1905 and 1908 by architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner, it’s truly one of a kind.
