I popped into @maisonfleuret in the heart of Paris to make this classic dessert with their wonderful chefs, and the good news is that they’ve just opened their NYC Baking School! Very much worth the trip if you want to learn how to make authentic croissants, pain au chocolat, and other delicious French delicacies at home. YUM!! Loved every second!!

My new collaboration with one of my favorite stationers @dempseyandcarroll captures the delicious abundance of fresh pomegranates and citrus in both the hand engraved, hand pressed golden fruit on the notecard and the stunningly saturated envelope liner inspired by Old Masters oil paintings. A time when beauty was prized and photographs didn’t exist, so the talent of the artist kept the ephemeral permanent.
