Here is a cut up chicken thigh and jumbo shrimp Alfredo pasta with mushrooms, spinach, red onion and garish with some scallions 🤌🏾
One thing i would do different next time is use smaller shrimp for a more consistent bite.
I was so caught with making everything right that I didn’t get much of the cooking aspect but I promise I’ll do better next go round.
Btw my drink is just a blackberry lemon flavored soda water with a lime!
