If you are in London this Saturday, come say hi.
We will be at Urban Garden Fair in Canary Wharf with our Day In Day Out signature blend and two single origins from Ethiopia and Indonesia.
A good chance to taste the coffee in person and find out which one is yours.
See you there. 👋🏻

Brewing in Kobe.
Two single origins, one signature blend, all roasted in Taiwan. An introduction to what Dao Dock does. Or something worth giving.

When you travel with Dao Dock, you end up slowing down in ways you did not expect.
The dock was always meant to be that pause between one place and the next.
Do you ever brew your own coffee when you travel?
Traveling with coffee hits different when the setting surprises you. This little corner in Japan was not on our plan but it made the cup taste even better.
Do you seek out the local café or do you always travel with your own?
We currently offer two single origins, both roasted in limited batches in Taiwan, with our latest whole bean release now nearing its end.
A composed expression of the season, suited for slow mornings, thoughtful brewing, and the kind of cup you return to when you want to enjoy a quiet, quality moment.
Our drip coffee bags are ideal for brewing at home, at work, or packing on outdoor adventures.
Simply add hot water to enjoy our seasonal favourites, wherever you are. They are perfect for use with or without your usual coffee equipment.

The two single origins travelled with us recently.
We brought both and chose between them depending on the time of day. On some mornings, we preferred a brighter and clearer profile. At other times, a cup with more depth and weight felt more appropriate.
Experiencing them outside of our usual routine made the differences between the two even more evident.
The drip format ensured consistency while travelling. With a controlled pour and proper extraction, the cup remained balanced and clearly defined by its origin.
Our two current single-origin coffees have received generous feedback, with many comments noting how distinctly different the two profiles are.
Hamela from Ethiopia offers a bright and fruit-forward profile, with clarity and freshness throughout. Mandheling from Indonesia presents a deeper expression, defined by earthy and woody notes and a rounded finish.
Each drip coffee bag is designed with a grind size tailored specifically to the coffee. This approach allows for a controlled extraction during brewing and helps express the defining characteristics of each origin through a simple pour-over.
Both coffees are also currently available in whole bean form.
Whether at home or away, a well-brewed cup remains part of the day.
We’ll be popping up in Woolwich for London’s Lunar New Year celebration on 7–8 February, a weekend bringing together food, makers, and performances inspired by East Asian cultures.
At the stall, you’ll find our festive coffee set — 100% Arabica, specialty-grade drip coffee bags, roasted in Taiwan. Designed for everyday moments and easy sharing. We’ll also be offering tastings throughout the weekend.
Come by to say hello, try our coffee and pick up the one you love in person.

This Chinese New Year set brings together three coffees.
Day In Day Out is our signature blend, made for everyday moments and easy sharing. Hambela from Ethiopia is fruit-forward and aromatic with a clean finish. Mandheling from Indonesia is more comforting, with earthy notes and a rounder body.
The set is available as a three-box selection, or as a four-box option if there’s one coffee you know you’ll come back to. All roasted in small batches in Taiwan.
If you’re not sure which way to go, feel free to leave us a note — we’re always happy to help.
Which one would you start with?
