“Perfect form” doesn’t exist. Different bodies move differently. Different structures need different solutions. And yet everyone is taught the same way. That’s where problems start. Good coaching adapts to the person. It doesn’t force a standard.

“The standard you walk past is the standard you accept.” Most people are doing more. But not moving forward. At some point you realise it’s not effort. It’s the standard. So we changed it. From guesswork → precision. From templates → individualisation. That’s the shift.

Red pill or blue pill. Train to feel something or train with intent. Most people lift heavy, get tired, and call it progress. No questions asked. But heavy doesn’t mean effective. It just means heavy. Every rep has a job. Every decision has a reason.
