Some lovely news to share. Thrilled to be shortlisted for the IMAGE Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2026. I absolutely love what I do and feel so fortunate to have found a career that balances the discipline of business with the freedom of creativity – so this category feels especially meaningful. While I only share a small glimpse on here, this journey has taken me around the world, working on extraordinary luxury events and hospitality projects. Working in an industry that I am incredibly passionate about, I remain deeply grateful to those who have trusted me and shared so many wonderful opportunities along the way. You know who you are ;). It also feels like something of a full circle moment. Early in my career, I trained as an accountant with @pwc_ireland - official partner of the IMAGE Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2026. While I wasn’t quite cut-out to be a full-time numbers girl, it was there that I learned the foundations of providing excellent professional and client services, along with the importance of the balance sheet. Meet Our Founder// With over 15 years’ experience working across global brands and large-scale productions internationally, Aisling founded @danucollective . She has led regional campaigns and world-class events for leading luxury hospitality brands from concerts to corporate summits and celebrity fitness retreats. Having toured the world with the entertainment phenomenon - @riverdance she has a deep understanding of the many moving parts required to meticulously execute a seamless production. From design to lighting, timelines and logistics, her learnings from life on the road have greatly informed her ability to produce events of the highest calibre today. Based in Ireland and crafting unforgettable experiences around the globe, Aisling transforms your vision into a celebration that’s as unique as you are. With a boutique and personalised approach, she works with a limited number of clients each year to ensure every wedding and event receives the time, care, and attention it deserves. This allows @danucollective to be fully immersed in the planning process, refining every detail and curating a truly bespoke experience. Having worked directly in the hotel and restaurant industry for many years, Aisling has an in-depth knowledge of food, beverage and menu design, as well as service and operational excellence. She has completed the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits and worked across PR & Marketing for a number of Michelin star restaurants and award-winning chefs. As a result, she is also highly-sought after as an industry expert, providing training and mentoring to the luxury hospitality sector.

When you’re planning a wedding in Ireland from overseas, it can be daunting searching for a trusted team to help craft and execute your vision. Our client was based in London, bringing together Irish and Indian heritage, and needed a support on the ground who could understand their world and translate it into a meaningful celebration that felt complimentary to the destination. We spent time understanding how they live. The restaurants they love, the bars they return to, the brands they gravitate towards. This can reveal far more than a Pinterest board ever will. It gives you a real sense of the atmosphere they’re drawn to and how they want people to feel. From there, our role was to shape and deliver. Curating the right partners, guiding decisions, and making sure the experience came together in a way that felt seamless across both cultures. From the food to the flow of the day, everything was designed to feel intentional, not just visually, but culturally and emotionally too. @virginia_park_lodge played the perfect host – an 18th-century hunting estate, set within 100 acres of stunning grounds and scenery, where the exceptional food and genuine service are hard to match.
