I’ve finished my brand spanking new drawing 💎 350+ hours in the making ✍🏻
This new artwork is indeed a physical ‘non fungible’ asset! No Ethereum “blockchain” tokens needed (yet). Turns out I can process cryptographic metadata from my own mind into my drawing hand and out the end of a coloured pencil which has miraculously “minted” that unique data into the fibre of the paper
If I understood NFT’s that might have been funny? 🤷♂️
Many more thirst quenching photo’s of this drawing coming your way this month
Hit the 3 dots and turn on post notifications to stay tuned!
All hand-drawn with @carandache luminance colour pencils 🌈
Love you guys
Is the world broken? It can feel that way after a quick doom-scroll. But is this era uniquely fractured, or simply another chapter in the perennial patterns of culture?
Online culture amplifies collective unease into the zeitgeist through memes - occasionally insightful or funny, but often compressing global anxiety into our personal reality at a pace our nervous systems were never designed to handle
Wherever you find yourself right now, the question remains: is it necessary to constantly absorb the noise, confusion, and suffering of the world?
Try this
Sit still for a moment
Be quiet
Notice your direct experience: thoughts arise, feelings come and go
Gently turn your attention to the awareness in which they appear. Notice how that awareness remains unchanged by the content of your mind
That awareness is the witnessing presence beneath the ego - quiet, untouched, uncorrupted. Like the sky above the clouds, it remains clear, even as storms pass through
How do we rise above the clouds and make contact with this life?
By returning our attention to the simple awareness of the present moment - again and again
Here, you are whole. You can rest.
During one of the hardest periods of my life, painting didn’t magically fix everything - but it did help me make sense of what I was going through
I share the full story in my new video on YouTube if you’re curious
2 years since I last posted 🫠
Thank you all for sticking around! 💙
I’m starting a YouTube vlog channel I can only describe as a healthy alternative to doom scrolling.
Expect a whole lot of nothing — but that’s the vibe ✨
2 EPS LIVE NOW. Go binge.
BIG love y’all 💙

New artwork coming in 2025 I promise!
What this means to me transcends any sort of description but I can confirm, I had to go through one of the most uncomfortable, humiliating, serious, stressful yet worthwhile, fulfilling & necessary transitions of my life to be standing here.
No man is an island. Thank you to the staff & the recruit’s at Severn Park for breaking me down & building me back up at basic training. Nothing but gratitude for the continued guidance & support from all the fine folks at Gloucestershire Fire & Rescue Service.
Joining the Stroud Community Fire Station is the icing on the cake. Proper inspiring bunch of humans. Special shouts to my crew on Green Watch 🫡
…Anyway, where were we? I haven’t posted any art for over a year & y’all have stuck around so it’s time to do something about that. Keep your eyes peeled, it’s coming! BIG LOVE ❤️
All of my work is hand-drawn ✍🏻 Despite the growing technological culture that seems to devalue mastery and excellence, I’m still striving for it. It’s a lonely road but the countless hours spent on each and every artwork are never wasted.
Among the qualities I value most is the ability to pay attention, the antithesis of today’s culture and the only way to rise above distraction.
Wishing y’all a very merry Christmas 🎄
