The car, being towed by a helicopter, opened because the girls hadn’t closed the door. The car then started spinning because of the wind, which caused them to be thrown out of the car, along with the dog. Only one of them managed to hold on.
On top of that, they had just committed a robbery, so they had a lot of cash that also started flying around, creating an ocean of dollars in the middle of which the two rappers appear, accompanied by a drawing of Sylvan made by himself, representing Sylvan as a cartoon.
It still took me quite a lot of time to carefully place all the bills in order to achieve better compositing and perspective.
