Following the success of ARP3, Dubai Air Navigation Services has signed the agreement to initiate Phase 4 of the Airspace Restructuring Project (ARP4) in collaboration with the General Civil Aviation Authority and aviation stakeholders across the UAE.
ARP4 is a strategic step forward in redesigning and optimising the UAE’s airspace to increase capacity, enhance efficiency, and support the country’s continued aviation growth.
As the technical lead in this phase, dans will work closely with partners to ensure the project delivers smarter airspace design, stronger coordination, and long-term operational resilience.
This is how we enable the skies.

تم توقيع اتفاقية تنفيذ المرحلة الرابعة من مشروع إعادة هيكلة المجال الجوي بمشاركة الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني وهيئات ودوائر الطيران المدني المحلية ووزارة الدفاع.
وتهدف المرحلة إلى تطوير إدارة الحركة الجوية، وزيادة السعة الاستيعابية للمسارات، وتعزيز السلامة والكفاءة التشغيلية وفق معايير الإيكاو.
The agreement for Phase 4 of the Airspace Restructuring Project was signed by the GCAA, local civil aviation authorities, and the Ministry of Defence.
The phase focuses on advanced air traffic management, increased airspace capacity, and enhanced safety and operational efficiency in line with ICAO standards.
Strengthening national talent development remains a core priority for Dubai Air Navigation Services.
As part of the National Development Program, dans successfully conducted the FEAST (First European Air Traffic Controller Selection Test) assessments at its training facility, supporting the next generation of Emirati Air Traffic Controllers.
The internationally recognised assessment evaluates the cognitive and operational skills essential for excellence in air traffic control, reinforcing our commitment to building a strong national workforce in aviation.

في إطار التزامها بتأهيل وتطوير الكفاءات الوطنية باعتبارها أولوية، أجرت مؤسسة دبي لخدمات الملاحة الجوية ضمن مرافقها التدريبية وبنجاح “اختيار مراقبي الحركة الجوية الأوروبي الأول”، وذلك في إطار برنامج التطوير الوطني وبما يدعم مسيرة تأهيل الجيل المقبل من مراقبي الحركة الجوية الإماراتيين.
يعمل الاختبار المُعترف به دولياً على تقييم المعارف والمهارات التشغيلية اللازمة للتميز في مجال إدارة الحركة الجوية، بما يعزز من التزام المؤسسة بتأهيل الكفاءات الوطنية المتميزة على مستوى قطاع الطيران.
