BONUS TIP: invest in a coach they will help you get over the wall which seemed in possible to climb. @coachdezjasper helped me get from barely being able to run 3 miles to hyrox ready in 12 weeks. Also I started at 214lbs in January and was 205lbs by race day. It wasnโt easy but thats where consistency and dedication can get you if you actually put in the effort.
