I’m ashamed to say I haven’t donated blood for over 10 years. After being inspired by a colleague who, despite having sickle cell, absolutely smashes it on a daily, it was clear that I have zero excuses. #sicklecell #sicklecellawareness #sicklecellawarenessmonth

#Wireless was great. The energy, the ‘mandem’ he brought out. And my company of course. The ending was wild though. See the clip. #Experiences #wireless2025
My brother from another mother turns the big 5.0 today. @osbornedenis . If you know this legend, he’s always been there. First to help out, lend a hand, pick you up when you’re down. This pic is a fine example. Remember when we thought we could knock my garden wall down in a bank holiday weekend (and it actually took me a year). He was first to drop everything and pick up a sledge hammer.
My sister was in @channel4 ’s #MAFSUK!!! Super proud. Guess which one?

I remember TWO years ago when Patricia was reframing her celebrant game, thinking about where to take her business (@dreamcelebrant ) and asking some really tough questions. I also remember her laying down goals and us plotting out what success would look like. At one stage we were half-joking that being on Married at First Sight UK would be a dream target to aim for. We went back and forth and agreed that really good pictures, establishing a social media presence and good reviews would be a decent start. She’s only gone and done the lot. Amazing.
So, if you’re on your own journey, love it when people reach a milestone on theirs (or you’re looking for a bloody good celebrant) give @dreamcelebrant a follow.
Disclaimer: Yes, I work for Channel 4, but had nothing to do with her appearance. And yes, I know the pic is blurry, it’s the best I can do without infringing copyright LOL.
