SBD Workshop is here! Looking to get started, or get stronger, at the three key gym lifts? Look no further - we’ve been able to secure discount rates for members for a three hour workshop taught by @dannyleiko of Kintsugi Performance. This workshop is suitable for all gym goers of all disciplines. If you’ve ever felt like you don’t know where to start on the Squat, Bench or Deadlift, are worried about injuring yourself, or wanted to improve your form to get that coveted 3 plate bench, you can get world-class advice from our coach who will be able to give tailored advice to all attendees. You’ll learn the theory behind each lift, and then put what you’ve learnt in practice on the world class equipment at @breakthroughfitness_ who have generously granted the space for our workshop. In order to maximise the quality of the workshop and tailored advice, we have limited sign ups to a maximum of ten people. Half are already taken, so don’t miss out!
