Today I completed my favorite New York trifecta , started the day visiting Mcsorleys Old Ale house and seeing Gregory the awesome host and hearing his stories of the historic bar never gets old . Then up to the original Smith and Wollenskyās Grill which is another favorite stop. Our friend Roger another consummate host treated us with a tour of the dry aging room ! Wow incredible! And if you are that close might as well take a stroll a few blocks to the always amazing P.J. Clarkes . Another legendary saloon . Then ended back at Pig Beach with all of our bbq crew to prepare for the event tomorrow. What a day .
