10 million followers.
Still doesn't feel real. Because I remember all the times I almost quit.
The 2am moments lying in bed wondering what the hell I was doing.
Posting to 80 views. Then stuck at 1,500 views. Week after week. Nobody watching. Nobody caring.
After 8 years I made a decision. A decision to stop lying to myself. To GO PRO.
No more marketing department. Instead, build a Media company.
Invest in editors, research, writing better scripts. Build a real team around it.
I went ALL INā¦
⦠then nothing happened for 7 months.
Most people would've stopped. Told themselves it wasn't working. Found a reason to move on.
I almost did.
But I kept going because I have lessons I refuse to take to the grave.
Every scar from building companies. Every mistake from addiction and rock bottom. Every framework I learned the hard way.
I can't let that die with me. That's the principle I've built my entire life on: die empty.
Leave everything on the field. Share it all. Even the ugly parts.
Especially the ugly parts.
Because somewhere right now, someone's in their darkest moment. Scrolling. Searching. Hoping someone out there has been through what they're going through and made it out.
And now 10 million people are here. Building businesses. Taking risks. Betting on themselves when nobody else would.
That's what this number actually represents.
Not my audience. Our movement.
To the 10 million of you who show up every week:
Thank you. For trusting me with your time. For proving that ordinary people can build extraordinary things.
You're changing the definition of what's possible. And that's all I could ask from you.
Thank you for helping build something worth leaving behind.
Onwards.

100,000 new follows this month 𤯠and most of you probably think Iām just another rich guy with cars.
But hereās what most donāt knowā¦
At 17, I woke up in prison thinking my life was over.
Today, I woke up in my house overlooking Kelowna. My boys Max and Noah were fighting over who gets the last waffle while my wife @renee_warren laughed at them from across the kitchen.
My companies run themselves and I have complete freedom to do whatever I want.
How the hell did I get here?
The honest answer: Iām not even sure.
Found this old yellow Java programming book in rehab and something clicked.
Got out, started a tech company. Failed.
Started another. Failed again. And again.
By 24, Iād failed so many times I was completely numb to it. So I put everything I had left into one final shot - Spheric Technologies.
This time, it worked. Sold it for millions a few years later.
Did it two more times.
By 34, I had more money than I knew what to do with. AND more scars than Iām proud to admit.
Thatās when I started making YouTube videos, thinking maybe I could help other entrepreneurs avoid my mistakes.
That turned into SaaS Academy - now the largest SaaS coaching company in the world.
I wrote āBuy Back Your Timeā a Wall Street Journal bestseller.
Which my coaching for entrepreneurs on how to build a business you donāt grow to hate.
Now I spend my days building AI companies through Martell Venturesā¦
And being the person I wish I had when I was 17 through my free Kings Club youth events.
Because that kid in jail thought success meant having money.
The guy typing this knows success means time.
Time with Renee. Time with my boys. Time to surf, drive cars, and built cool sh*t for the world.
And I share all of this to prove one point:
If a kid who started in prison can build this life...
If someone who failed for years can create this freedom...
Why not you?
Iāll be here every day, showing up, sharing what I learned the hard way so you donāt have to.
Whatās one thing you need help with right now?
Drop a comment. I read every single one.
