Our very first Golden Girls Pub Crawl is officially in the books, and what a day it was. From start to finish, it felt like Windsor showed up in the best possible way ā costumes, laughter, hugs, cheers, and that kind of energy you canāt really plan forā¦ it just happens when the right people come together.
It wasnāt just a pub crawl. It felt like a moving celebration through @viaitaliayqg with every stop adding its own spark and personality. People didnāt just come out for a drink ā they came out to be part of something, and you could feel it on the street and in every room we walked into.

Stripped down, emotional, poetic, theatricalā¦ the kind of show that makes a room go completely quiet between songs because nobody wanted to break the spell.

It was Robert Munsch day at St. John Vianney school and I got to read to some grade 2/3 and 4/5 students. We read Smelly Socks and a new one - Blackflies - which the school generously gifted to me. I love talking to kids about reading and writing. Literacy is so important, it was my absolute favourite thing when I was young and books and writing were such great ways to explore our imagination and express ourselves. What an awesome crew today. We read, we laughed, we talked about books, stinky socks, skunks - and I even signed some autographs!
