A few notes on what I find fun.
I went for a prone today and had a few questions on my set up in the car park which got me thinking. What am I enjoying right now?
These seem to be the two setups that I gravitate to and why.
I talk way too fast in this but is also nice to get some notes down.
Not sure how people are adapting their X wings to their liking but would be interesting to hear! And of course, the R has a special place with me and love to log some km on it in the waves.

I always prone with the 75 plus mast.
@codefoils 985X. My favourite prone front wing and this my Second attempt at posting this clip (still working this edits app out 🤪🤪🤪)
When prone I go 985x, extra small fuse so my spaghetti legs don’t need to work too hard and I get my pitchiness which I think is pretty sweet. The tails I mess around with. If I’m lazy its R series tails, if there’s lots of sets it’s something else 🏝️🏝️🍫.
The X range is now awesome. Lots of increments that are close. I’m sure someone will probably want something between an890 and a 985 but with a bit of fuse and tail adjustment this range will suit a lot of people.
