4 years🤎✨
4 years, when I initially started photography in 2020 my biggest inspiration in photography was the LIFE around me. That never changed for me because everyday art exists. I never considered myself an artist before starting photography. When I look back on my childhood, it was always in me. I would give up quickly on my art as a child because of fear of rejection and disappointment. I would also keep my artwork a secret because it was so sacred to me that I didn’t want anyone else to read/see/perceive it.
Becoming a photographer, is so much more than photos for me. Not only I’ve been set free through my art, I’ve made so many meaningful connections with others through my art. My art is love. My art is resilient. My art is warm. My art is SAFE.
I chose the color brown to celebrate this huge because brown symbolizes comfort, security, resilience, safety, and BIG emotions. The number 4 symbolizes strength and hard work. Which, I agree. The past 4 years, I have experienced moments where I almost gave up because of various reasons mostly personal reasons. Too many YEARS to come and being authentically me while allowing others to be true to themselves too!
Emotions should be allowed to be SEEN and LIBERATED. I spent most of my life suppressing my BIG feelings because of fear. Thank you to everyone who has booked with me, referred me, showed me love, uplifted me, seen me for me, and just being genuine to who you are. I wouldn’t have been connected with y’all in this journey without your own internal work that you have done within yourself. We wouldn’t have created what we created without you either! When we heal ourselves, we heal the world✨🥹

I made this infographic because I wanted to make it accessible for people to see on their Instagram and for it to be more accessible to read. The rainbow couldn’t be made without light🥹✨ when I think of rainbows I always see them as a painting in the sky because we wouldn’t have a rainbow without light✨
@liahlovee honestly such a bright light. I met her last year when I did her birthday photos which she absolutely devoured thatttttt and now to capturing art with her makes me so happy to call her my friend🥹✨. You know when people’s souls just speak for themselves, this is truly her! I couldn’t have shot this without a beautiful light like her.
It’s wild because the first time we spoke on voice memos she was complimenting me so much as a mom because I was speaking to my daughter during our voice memos and I know she’s gonna be an AMAZING mommy to her baby🥹✨🫶🏽
