I used to think I could only be one thing, and if I was doing anything else besides that, then I wasn’t doing it good enough. I thought letting go of that meant letting everyone down, including myself. But this degree taught me I don’t have to fit into one definition of success. I can grow, evolve, and pursue more than one dream at the same time because I can do hard things! I am proud of who I’m becoming and for adding a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to my ever-growing list of dreams because every part of me is worth celebrating!
