That night started after a few storms had already passed. Mid-party we felt raindrops that turned into rain, but we decided to keep going and it was the right call 🔥🫶
We’ve had a long relationship with these three. Rebo and Kawas were our first headliners in 2018 when we brought our temple back. One of our campmates donated an amazing sound system, we threw one proper night, and invited friends to play. Those two became our inspiration and pushed us to level up our music program, interactivity, and sound quality every year.
Daniel Weil, aka DJ Strangelove, joined us 3 years ago and has been helping with lineups, cool merch, SoundCloud, and design 🙌🫶🔥

Five years of @astradanza !! i’m infinitely grateful to each and every wizards who has joined this magic adventure and contributed to build these wonderful moments, words aren’t enough to express how i feel. five years of creating memories, moving subwoofers, plugging lasers in various curious places to gather and dance to the sunrise… in a week from now we’ll be celebrating this 5th anniversary in our bajalearic headquarter @craniareclaim - if you wonder if you’re still on time to get a flight and join, the answer is yes, you are!! i haven’t found anything more blissful than sharing these moments with the people i love and i plan on continuing ❤️✨🥂
I had my very first dj residency at Le Baron but this was much more than just a club… today we would say « a community » but that too isn’t enough to describe it. The inspiration and learnings from these years continue to influence me in everything i make today. Tonight in Mexico will be the first of a special tour 💘🎩🥂

Daniel Weil aka DJ Strangelove mezcla sin pudor música que va del disco al techno, del minimal de vuelta al disco… y de pronto suelta un solo de violín clásico o una improvisación de jazz.
Junto a Johnny Strangelove, Giorgio de la Paz, Alf Moctezuma y otros hechiceros organizaron múltiples raves en el desierto. Juntos se reunieron bajo la bandera de un reino mágico e imaginario llamado Astradanza.
Hoy en día, DJ Strangelove aparece regularmente en los lineups del Rainbow Wizard Collective, además de presentarse en algunos shows en solitario, principalmente en Europa, Asia y Latinoamérica.
dj strangelove is one of my aliases but lately i’ve been using it more and more. there’s no major difference in the music i play neither any new concept or whatsoever (the loops vary slightly but the basics are pretty constant) but needless to say that i’m very excited about this coming month full of lovely reunions. « home is where the homies are»
Last saturday Kokeshi and I started the after together in @harbourlisboa which ended up beeing a 6 hours long back to back that went by in a glimpse !
