To be honest, I was never actually booked to shoot these photos of Margrethe Vestager (Vice-President of the European Commission) but sometimes you’ve gotta be quick.
We wrapped the video I did for DIKU and, as the most natural thing, I said: “how about a photoshoot?”
She said yes, and while the team packed up we had just enough time to enjoy a moment by the window 🇪🇺📸

Throwback to my USA travels 🇺🇸
This is Slab City, Southern California — an off-grid community built on the concrete slabs of an old WWII Marine training base (Camp Dunlap).
No official power, no running water, no sewage, no trash pickup. People live in RVs and make it work with solar, generators, and water runs. The place is usually packed in winter — I visited after the worst of the summer heat, when only a few stay behind.
