But thatās not the full story.
Because to get to this point? Iād say only about 10% of people actually make it here.

But because they donāt know how to handle it when things stop going to plan.
And thatās exactly what happened here.
Just before this, Jen was in a really good place.
Training consistently. Getting stronger. Starting to feel more like themselves again. You could see the shift not just physically, but mentally too.
Then out of nowhere⦠shoulder nerve issue.
And it threw everything.
Upper body training had to be pulled right back. Progress suddenly didnāt look how we expected. And that doubt crept in fast.
Jen started questioning it. Wondering if it was even worth continuing if things couldnāt be done properly.
That moment right there? Thatās where most people stop.
But we didnāt.
We had a proper conversation and reset the focus. We looked at what we could do, not what we couldnāt.
We kept training. Shifted the focus. Dialled in the nutrition properly for the first time. And thatās where things really started to click.
Weāre still building the shoulder back into things now, but the difference is⦠we stayed in it.
We adapted. We kept moving. We didnāt let one setback define the outcome.
And now look.
Leaner. Stronger. More confident. š
Feeling better, moving better, and actually proud of the process.
Thatās the real transformation.
Not perfect conditions. Not a straight line.
Just showing up, adjusting, and refusing to quit when it gets hard.

I want to talk a little bit more about what Stšong Fitness Coaching actually stands for.
This was never built around ājust weight lossā.
We stand for collaboration because nobody should rebuild alone.
Expression because you should be fully YOU without feeling boxed in š
Individuality because I coach real people, performers, creatives, LGBTQ+ humans and people rebuilding themselves from rock bottom sometimes.
Strength because strength is physical AND mental.
Mindset because if your head isnāt in the right place, none of this lasts.
And positivity because the world is already negative enough as it is.
Yeah, weight loss can absolutely be part of the journey.
But itās never JUST about that.

you have to be thick skinned to do anything online.
Not a week goes by where I donāt get a negative comment or someone giving an opinion from THEIR perspective instead of a coaching one.
Most of the time?
I take it on the chin.

Walking the walk as a coach now.
Real talkā¦
Iāve stopped fucking about with the all or nothing mindset.
No more savage cuts for photoshoots.
No more āon trackā Monday to Friday then eating like a raccoon at the weekend š
Just building a lifestyle I can actually live year round.
After Italy and approximately 700 tubs of unreal ice cream š¦š I decided to pull things back in a bit and add some proper structure again.
Tracking my food.
Hitting my protein.
Training hard.
Getting my cardio in.
Keeping my steps up.
Nothing extreme.
And honestly⦠itās mad what happens when you actually become aware of what youāre eating again.
In just one week Iāve dropped just under 3kg and close to 2% body fat.
Now calm down before you all start licking rice cakesā¦
I know that rate wonāt continue š¤£
But it just shows how much extra weight and body fat I was holding onto simply because I had no structure or real goal in place.
Thatās the lesson here really.
Most people donāt need some savage plan.
They need structureāļø
Awareness.āļø
Acountabilityāļø
And an actual goal to work towards.āļø
Otherwise youāre just floating around like a butterfly and not stinging like a bee šš„
And the best part?
Iām actually enjoying the process of fitness training again and feeling more comfortable in body AND mind.š§

Everything changes.

I have a complicated relationship with fitness and my body. Being a trans woman Iāve always felt at odds with it but as Iām aging Iām realizing that It actually does something other than LOOK a certain way.

A goal gives direction.
Without one, most people drift.

Start Monday.

Repeat.
No structure.
No target.
No urgency.

I took my foot off the gas.
And noā¦
your eyes are not deceiving you.

This is me being completely honest.
Since my photo shoot before Christmasā¦
Iāve gained around 8kg.
Body fat climbed from 11% to 20%.
Cardio dropped off.
Steps dropped off.
Dietās been shite.
And real talk nowā¦
This is what happens when you stop chasing the next goal.
I shouldāve used my photo shoot shape as a platform to push harder.
Set the next goal.
Raise the bar higher.
Instead?
I got comfortable.
And I donāt want this to happen to YOU.
Because I donāt let this happen to my clients.
As a coach, I believe we should lead from the front š
