It’s been over a week since the Kentucky Derby and I’m still recovering 😅 Especially my feet after running around capturing all the Derby events. Still, it was an incredible honor to do it for the second year in a row.

After a lot of thought and consideration, I’ve made the decision to accept the General Manager position for PBR Louisiana.
My time in Louisville has been more than I ever could have dreamed. Watching my team grow has truly been the opportunity of a lifetime. They’ve stood by me through everything, loving me and supporting me every step of the way.
Growing up, I learned early on that family isn’t defined by blood, it’s the people who wake up every single day and choose you. The ones who stand by you, hear you, believe in you and walk beside you no matter what. I never imagined I would find a group of people who would become that kind of family to me. And as they grew, they didn’t leave me behind, they reached for me, pulled me in and made sure I grew right alongside them.
I can’t fully put into words how grateful I am for every single person who has walked through our doors.. guests, team members and friends. Each of you became part of something bigger. You became family. A family I will never forget and one I will always carry with me. Thank you for trusting me and allowing me to lead you. It’s something I will never take for granted.
Louisiana, I promise to give you everything I’ve got. You weren’t an easy choice, but you were the right one.
Now it’s time to pack up my cowboy boots and call my Pappy to tell him his baby girl is finally coming home 🖤
