7/7/23 ❤️ the day I lost the greatest warrior and battler I ever knew and greatest dad I could have ever asked for. You made all of us proud the way you fought up until your very last breath ❤️❤️ I’ll miss you counting all my stats at footy, I’ll miss you always helping me fix our 23 year old Nissan Pathfinder to keep it running and I’ll miss you and Lola being besties on the couch together. I know you’ll be looking down on Mum, Olivia, Nick and I with a smile on your face and I hope we make you proud. You can rest easy now and pain free. You did amazing ❤️❤️ I’ll love you dad forever and always ❤️❤️

Over these past five weeks, I’ve felt so much love — for Dad, and for me. You’ve all shown up in ways I’ll never forget. You’re truly remarkable people.
To Dad —
Jeez, that wasn’t easy. But neither was your three-year fight. I kept thinking of you the whole way remembering the “WHY” hoping I made you proud… hoping I made you smile. I could feel you out there with me — giving me strength when I had nothing left. Day was overall very emotional but it’s a memory I’ll share with dad forever.
I’m already looking forward to the next challenge — another chance for you to watch. Crazy what you can accomplish when you have a purpose ❤️❤️
