We made it brother @cooperharrington šŸ‘ Massive respect to my client Cooper, you put in the hard work, stayed committed through every challenge, and your transformation speaks for itself. Life definitely threw some curveballs, but you didn’t let that stop you from chasing down the goal we set from day one. We wrapped up your bulk at 101kg and finished the cut at 78.3kg, that’s a huge 22.7kg drop. Incredible result and a testament to your consistency and discipline. As your coach, I’m genuinely proud of your dedication and the trust you placed in me throughout this process. You’ve built a physique to be proud of, and I know this is just the beginning. Sam’s results came from structure & consistency. Comment or DM the word ā€˜STRONG’ and I’ll show you how to do the same. šŸ“„ Sam is proof you don’t need to rely on the scales to see real progress. She’s had her own battles with chasing numbers and overcoming an eating disorder, which makes this transformation even more meaningful. Where we are now is a completely different mindset. No scale needed. Just progress through photos, measurements, clothes, her strength and lifts in the gym, and most importantly, how she feels. Sam’s consistency, her willingness to learn, adapt, and stay open to guidance, even when things weren’t easy is what got her here today. Watching her not only transform physically, but grow mentally as well has been unreal to be apart of.
