So this happened, there’s something about being a father to a son that just feels different, things are really difficult with four kids, stressful, manic, but we are just filled with so much love in our house, it’s a happy time, I can’t feel that these are going to be the best years of our life’s.
Recently it’s just been me & Jaxx, my boy, every morning while Shelley goes Pilates, we really are bonding, he laughs at everything lol, he’s a little rascal, love him, he’s just raring to go, im very excited about watching him grow. Feel a bit emotional 🥺😭😂
Makes me think about how my Dad must have felt, makes sense now x

For the past few months I’ve been reaching out to all these news outlets to raise awareness not only for our big charity match on May 3rd but to put spotlight on Men’s mental health & the amazing resources we have built.
Did they want to support?
Nope! Especially Lad Bible, completely uninterested in Lads, they need to change their name, any ideas?
Instead, they try digging around a BS story that hit the headlines this week. Every single one of them contacted me to talk about absolute nonsense yet completely ignore me when I want to talk to them about something important & real.
Shame on you all.
Please, please, please push this far wide because I’m not getting any support from the industry. I need you to be my platform. Thank you.

What a way to kick off the bank holiday weekend. Such an incredible venue filled with amazing people. So grateful you all showed up for me.
