What I eat in a day! It hasn’t changed in years honestly. I switch out the proteins & carbs for variation but the macro’s stay the same. Each person is different so it’s important to find what works best for you. For me 3 main meals with 2 snacks & a shake keeps me fueled & fed for my workouts and busy schedule. I have a dairy allergy so that’s why it’s dairy free but feel free to add in what tastes best for you. I also try to aim to eat 1g of protein per pound that I weigh. Which includes 1 protein shake a day to get that synthetic protein. Around 1600 calories a day with a gallon of water is great for me. Don’t be afraid to fuel your body!
