• SKINCARE - keep it simple, exfoliate before & no new products on the lead up
• FAKE TAN - if you will wear it to your wedding, wear it to your bridal makeup trial
• HAIR - if you think you will wear it up at the wedding, wear it up on the makeup trial
• CLOTHES - wear a top of a similar colour to your wedding dress
• INSPIRATION - bring makeup inspo pics to your trial

A few little bits from Hourglass 😍 You cannot beat their powder products - how soft & radiant they are, they just blend like a DREAM ✨🙌
Added the @hourglasscosmetics ambient lighting volume III palette to my kit - all the beautiful warm glowing tones - yes please 🤩
Then a new Sublime flush blush - my perfect peachy pink blush - I loveeee this!!! It has a slight lilac hint running through it which is beautiful 🤩
Then lastly got the 1.5mm mechanical pencils in obsidian & canyon - these are super fine so amazing for precision work and the likes of going over eyelash bands or perfecting the liner at the end 😍

I cannot stress the difference a simple skin routine: even as simple as daily cleansing & moisturising makes to how your makeup sits, looks & wears 😍 I have seen it with my own eyes brides to be who didn’t have a skin routine at all - once they began & also drank the water (weekly exfoliation massively helps too 😜) their skin absolutely TRANSFORMED & I am not joking! The added confidence this gives is incredible and to go along with it their makeup sits beautifully, looks incredible & wears perfectly - it can often really be that simple 🙌
