Please support my friend Bakr @bakerabuomar in G A Z A. He is 21 years old, and he was meant to graduate from college with a degree in Computer Engineering. Now he is facing multiple health conditions, including high blood pressure, a condition which runs in his family but an issue that never impacted him until just this past week! He was just going in to prepare for a surgery that he’s been needing for most of his life, but he is now having to postpone the surgery again.
The impact the gen0cide has had on the health of every single person in G a z a is detrimental and long lasting. We need to raise $300 to cover the cost of a few tests that Bakr desperately needs done so that he can understand and treat whatever is going on. Your support and engagement is so important. No medical aid is entering G A Z A. People need medications, care, treatments, and evacuations.
Kholoud is 3 years old and has lived her whole life trying to stay alive and healthy. She needs consistent support and medical care. Her family has been evicted from their place of residence due to not having enough funds for rent. The stress has caused her father, Khalid to faint and also need medical care. Her mother has medical issues and she has a brother who is just trying to have a normal childhood. Kholoud needs immediate medical evacuation and care. Hamed has brain cancer and was able to travel outside G A Z A many years ago for a surgery where he was left with an eye impairment that makes it difficult to see. Since 2023, he has been without chemotherapy and broke his arm that has never healed properly. He is unable to work in a kitchen which was his previous job and now struggles to find consistent work. Israa lives with type 1 diabetes and needs insulin daily. Her younger sister also has type 1 diabetes and epilepsy which makes it more difficult for her to feel when she has a blood sugar drop, and Israa will often leave the few test strips they have for her. Israa will also prioritize her sister’s medical needs over her own in hopes that her sister will not have a seizure.
