Today we remember Joshua, on the 15th anniversary of his passing.
A true hairdresser’s hairdresser. Respected across the industry not only for his talent, but for the way he carried himself. An exceptional stylist, showman, teacher and leader, Joshua played a pivotal role as General Manager of the Vidal Sassoon London salons and schools in the 1960s, inspiring those around him with quiet confidence, warmth and unwavering professionalism.
When he went on to open his own salon in Regent’s Park, it marked the beginning of a new chapter, but his impact on the industry had already been firmly made.
Beyond the salon floor, he was a devoted husband to Rita and a deeply loved father to Joshua and Maria.
Fifteen years on, he is still spoken about, still remembered, and still felt.
Gone, but never forgotten.
