NO-INPUT DRONES (KINDA?) After years (decades?) of playing around with no-input mixing, I'm finally recording — and incorporating — these sounds into my music (albeit in a less than purist route).
Meaning: synth-drone into cheap-ass #RadioShack DJ mixer, then a feedback-loop through three channels, then running into an 12-pedal EFX chain, and finally, output to a Yamaha recording mixer and into a MacBook running Audacity. #danielfuzztone #ambient #drone #dronegaze

The museum was walking distance — less than 10 minutes — from my hotel, it would have been fantastically stupid not to visit.
What an incredible collection from the pop-art master in his childhood city — beyond expectations.
Could have spent the entire morning in the Exploding Plastic Inevitable room; an immersive experience with strobe lights, multiple video screens and a live version of the #VelvetUnderground's "Sister Ray" providing the soundtrack for a decadent night at the Factory.
(*Was my first time visiting #Pittsburgh. What a cool, "real" city; a cohesive mix of historic and modern. Loved it!)
