A restaurant can be so much more. Shortly after my arrival in Paris i stumbled over Franquette. The food was delicious and the owner Philippe more then welcoming. So i came back and we became friends. His way of conducting the restaurant is unique and full of heart. Yassine the chef is a Lion in the kitchen and gives recipes always a fresh twist. I am very happy to be part of this unique adventure.
