Un primer día intenso en el Cómic Barcelona nos ha llevado a mantener unos pocos pero maravillosos encuentros con autores y autoras como Alix Garin, quien se llevó el premio a Mejor Obra de Autoría Extranjera por «Impenetrable», Bianca Bagnarelli que publica «Animales domésticos», Daniel Hillyard que nos trae una nueva entrega de «Plástico». Entre ratos visitamos los stands de Mercrominah, el dedicado al cómic de Hong Kong (con unas obras fantásticas de las que ya os hablaremos) o las sesiones de firmas de Shintaro Kago o Victor Dunkel.
De la entrega de premios nos gustaría destacar, además del mencionado premio a Alix Garin, el de Mejor Fanzine para «Tocotó» de Bamidala y el premio a Teresa Valero por su «Contrapaso 2» a Mejor Obra de Autoría Española.

I had the opportunity to do a cover for Clover Press’s Dick Tracy Collection 1961-1964 I was asked to include the character Moon Maid. My only exposure to Dick Tracy was the live action movie and I did not realize that it went onto include this sci-fi character 😁 it was a lot of fun. Check out the kickstarter here:
