Contemplated posting this many times. It's not very often I'm proud of myself. I look at these pictures and I'm happy , not because I'm satisfied , but because I know exactly what I'm capable of , now more than ever.
I got back into coaching/personal training because I know what it feels like and I know what it takes. If I can change at least one person's life for the better it will all be worth it. I'm still accepting select clients who are ready and willing to change.
I sincerely believe having a coach makes the world of a difference. I myself have the honour and pleasure of having a high level coach who I also get to call one of my best friends, IFBB PRO @ryanmxxre
