Artistry Spotlight 📿
// Forest Bathing with Meyer
Back by popular demand, this session offers participants a chance to enter a new state of consciousness through a form of guided meditation with the indigenous Milkwood trees of the Westward Woods. It is based off of the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku with the underlying concept of using nature as medicine.
