Introducing Emefa: A cocktail I created as a reflection of balance and intention.
Crafted with tequila, homemade beetroot jam infused with rosemary, lime juice, and a touch of agave, garnished with coconut flakes. This drink is all about balance - bold yet grounding, vibrant yet calm.
I named it Emefa, which means “Peace Within” in Ewe (My local language). That feeling of stillness, connection, and inner calm, it’s what I hope you find in every sip.
