the music video for ‘Try’ is out now - go and watch it on YouTube!! @belacanleon and I spent so many hours talking about what this song is about and how we could capture the feelings I wanted to portray, in the best way possible. The day we filmed this was so much fun - I felt so save, accepted and understood by every single person on set. That was so special :) It was such a beautiful experience to watch @jehanfahrari step into my shoes and be able to kind of look back on myself! I truly cherish that and how beautifully she portrayed what I was feeling when I wrote this song. Every person who worked on this is so individually talented. I learned so much watching you all do what you love, and I’m endlessly grateful to each and every one of you for the time and energy you poured into creating this.
