Here’s the story: I’ve always thought of myself as a professional curious person. It’s that curiosity that has allowed me to be a radio host, comedy writer, actor, musician, emcee, marketer and entrepreneur at the highest levels. However, I’ve always wondered, what would happen if I combined everything I’ve ever learned into one thing? So after years of careful thought and research combined with
@katelyn.orourke ’s background, we thought maybe we could try and elevate cheesesteaks. Driven by creativity and storytelling at the core of the brand. So we got to work. I called michelin star chef Mike Collantes of
@sosekifl and
@sushisaintfl for help and pitched him this new elevated cheesesteak concept and luckily he loved the idea (probably after some hesitation), but after our first tasting we knew we had something special. Then I called the good folks from
@vidi.global to help us with branding, and
@herbmaximo of
@madebyglue for look and feel and called many other awesome friends for help.
So that's the very very short story. Today, I’m happy to announce we’re officially in soft opening, we have a lot of ideas for growth and already have awesome opportunities for expansion! but for now, thank you for reading and hope to see you at an event near you! :)
