Due moduli, un’unica energia: tecnica, ricerca e creatività in aria.
⚫️ MODULO TECNICO – Workshop di Tecnica di Cinghie Aeree.
Tecnica di cinghie, tecnica di swing e di spin per livello Principiante e Intermedio.
Un lavoro mirato su:
▪️ Tecnica di rotazione (spin)
▪️ Tecnica di oscillazione (swing)
▪️ Varianti e progressioni adattate al tuo livello
Requisiti:
✔️ Inversione senza aiuto (hang a due braccia).
✔️ Tenuta del meathook appesi a due braccia.
⚫️ MODULO MULTIDISCIPLINARE – Aerial Straps – Fluid Weight Workshop
Tecnica di cinghie aeree combinata con acrobatica e danza.
Oltre a spin e swing, esploriamo il potenziale creativo delle straps.
Percorsi fluidi, dinamici e meno basati sulla forza pura.
Lavoreremo su:
▪️ Relazione tra suolo e aria
▪️ Elementi di acrobatica e breakdance
▪️ Qualità di movimento: fluidità, ritmo, tensione, carattere
Un workshop per ampliare il tuo vocabolario e dare nuova espressività alla tecnica.
Requisiti:
✔️ Esperienza con le cinghie
oppure
✔️ Esperienza in trick dinamici su tessuti o corda
(Competenze acrobatiche consigliate ma non obbligatorie)
👤 Daniel Fernández
Artista circense diplomato alla ÉSAC in Belgio. Co-fondatore della compagnia Company Alud, con cui è in tournée internazionale portando in scena spettacoli che fondono circo aereo e altre discipline artistiche. Ha insegnato in tutta Europa e Asia (da Singapore a Taipei, fino a Napoli e Vienna) e ricerca costantemente nuove connessioni tra tecnica aerea, acrobatica a terra, partnering e danza.

It's a mix of two sequences and so far I have made 3 other completely different sequences you can go from here. So give it a try, take it, have fun and explore! I would love to see new versions! 🌻
NEW WORKSHOP!
I will start 2026 teaching creative pathways on straps at @aerialartscollective !
FOR WHO?
This workshop is prepared for both experienced and beginner students (those who never tried straps before, but who have experience in other aerial disciplines, that gives them a base for straps).
WHAT WILL WE WORK ON
We will go first into setting technical bases of straps, (with more advanced variations depending on the personal level). And then we will dive into alternative sequences and movements, which are fun, and easier than conventional technique!
DATES
3rd focus on spin
4th focus on dynamics/swinging
Possible to inscribe for both or 1 day.
