Another year of deadlines, pixels, caffeine, and mild to moderate panic; But the real deliverables are the friends we make along the way. Thank you to everyone for a great and busy year, looking forward to 2026.

This week I had the unexpected pleasure of revisiting an old beloved gig with some really great friends. I definitely have gone a little so-cal soft since the last time I had to do overnights outside on 5th ave, but I mostly survived. Thank you to @lunartelephone and team for letting me come and play with some pixels and giving friendly reminders about how DMX works. Great to see everyone from the @americanchristmas and @4wall teams. Come check out all the Christmas spirit happening on 5th Ave. (also, special thanks to @nehartman for sending me a care package with a hat, scarf, gloves and some long underwear. Basically saved the day).

Privilege and a pleasure to work on my third Emmys in a row. A fun night with the very best people. Many thanks to an incredible screens team that pulled this off: @bigbluedoggy and everyone at @senovva for making the pixels blink, Iqbal Hans on the screens switcher, and the programming team of @matthewcotter @heyjohncapps and the lovely surprise return of @crazyscottyboy ! We had a great group on the @dfprodllc side this year. Thank you to all the hard work of @kdloney @kims_a @peterekelly @blakemanns @seanbowes @forsee.david all led by @drew.findley . There is of course no show without the talented folks in the Art Dept, Lighting, Audio, Tech Team, Video Control/EVS, and the Production team. It takes a very literal village and this show has some of the very best people. Special thanks to the whole @jessecollinsent producing team: @jeannaerouclay @dionnenicoleharmon @brittanybrazil @thecookmethod and the directing team of alrudzinski and @saraniimi8 .

The 25th Anniversary BET Awards have landed! A show so big it couldn’t be contained to a mere 3.5 hours! Thank you to the amazing and supportive producing team of @jessecollinsent @jeannaerouclay @brittanybrazil @dionnenicoleharmon and incredible directing work by @thinkinglion_ . Also special thanks to @thecookmethod and his entire team, @stonestreetbrian @paperweight.inc @fullfloodinc , and everyone in production. It’s hard to thank so many incredible people without just repeating the credits of the show, but I wanted to give a very special thank you to @jennie1285 who somehow always has the answers to all the questions and also to @ebiut in playback who is always looking out for us. — Thank you to all of team screens: @bigbluedoggy and @senovva for getting all the pixels to blink correctly, John Pritchett and the entire tech staff for always building a rock solid system, and of course, the calmest person in the room: Iqbal on the switcher. Incredible programming by @matthewcotter and @heyjohncapps . The @dfprodllc team really came through this year. Incredible work done by @kims_a @kdloney @chrisgslater @peterekelly @jallenerickson @forsee.david all lead by @drew.findley . And now, a well earned nap.

Coming to the finish line on the 67th Grammy Awards and personally my 8th Grammys. This show is always a beast and takes an incredible team of people to put it together. Luckily we had some of the very best available. Many thanks to the fine folks at @nep_sweetwater for making a truly remarkable amount of pixels blink in the correct order with some incredible programming (and sass at no charge) by the one and only @matthewcotter with support from the indispensable @heyjohncapps . We would have never made it through this without @sckopensky keeping track of all the crazy, the irreplaceable Iqbal on the switcher, and John Pritchett making sure we have everything we need to get this done. I write these posts every time and I mostly stick to the screens dept, but there is no show without our incredible friends in production, tech, lighting, art dept, and audio. Finally, thank you to the entire @dfprodllc team who has been working for weeks on this show. @kims_a (who is in charge of one of the largest photo operations of any show), @kdloney @sophicn @jallenerickson and @kolton_cotton . Of course special thanks to the captain of this dysfunctional ship, @drew.findley .

Two Emmys broadcast in one year? Craziness. It was a privilege and pleasure getting to work on this show again. This took an incredible screens team. Thank you to @bigbluedoggy and the whole team @senovva for making the many many pixels blink in the right order, and @matthewcotter and @heyjohncapps for programming this incredibly traffic heavy show. Also very special thanks to John Pritchett and Iqbal Hans who are not on the gram. The incredible @dfprodllc team really killed it on this one. Thank you to the extremely talented @kdloney @kims_a @peterekelly @skatytucker @blakemanns @radpeterson , all helmed by @drew.findley . Of course none of this would happen without the incredible talent of everyone at @jessecollinsent @dionnenicoleharmon @jeannaerouclay @brittanybrazil @thecookmethod Alex Rudzinski.

This was a monumental effort by some of the most talented people in television. Congratulations to everyone involved for getting across the finish line. Of course, very special thanks to team screens for everything you did: @bigbluedoggy and @senovva for making all the blinky things continue to to blink in the proper order, @matthewcotter and @heyjohncapps for programming this almost 4 hour beast, Iqbal for switching all the things to the right places and the incredible @dfprodllc team that made some amazing looks this year: @kims_a @kdloney @chrisgslater @peterekelly @g_m_d_three . Many thanks to @drew.findley for leading the team to success (usually… like a strong 85% of the time). — None of this would be possible without the leadership of the @jessecollinsent team - thank you for bringing us to the party.

Coming for a landing on the 66th Grammy awards. This show is always enormous and there is no way to get through it without a stellar team of people helping get you to the finish line. Thanks to at @nep_sweetwater for getting all 40+ HD feeds of pixels to the screens. Our incredible programming team headed by @matthewcotter with @heyjohncapps and some overnights from @crazyscottyboy and @mightbecharles — @sckopensky who kept track of all the crazy and @_ericbecker for all switching the thing to the right places, and of course team @dfprodllc — we had so many fantastic people helping out on this one: @kims_a (who headed up the photo operation on this show), @kdloney @blakemanns @kyleeloera @claireatalbott @pacellistudios @chrisgslater @g_m_d_three — and of course, the guy in charge of all the misfits: @drew.findley .
