OUR ETHOS BEGINS WITH SHAPING MINDSETS...BECAUSE MOVEMENT MIRRORS MINDSET. 🕺🏼 The Francisco Gella Dance Works dance philosophy informs our practice. What makes our teaching methodology so unique and effective is that we spend as much time and energy working on technique, strength, and artistry as we do on mindset. Transformation happens for young dancers when they can first visualize and then believe what is possible. It’s only then that they understand how to break through perceived limitations. As a starting point, we live our ethos with young dancers in the studio and outside of it, which helps them reframe negativity and self-doubt, and claim victory day in and day out when faced with challenges throughout their dance journey.
 By helping young dancers develop their own personal ethos, we're giving them the single most important gift that will help them throughout their career and will make them stand out in the crowd among their peers: confidence tempered by humility. EACH DANCER IS UNIQUE, JUST LIKE YOU. Every dancer has a journey that they must travel, but they don't have to do it alone. In addition to our highly sought after programming, we do offer one on one mentorship and private instruction for both parents and students. Get the answers you seek, and chart a path to success with the help of professionals that have not only done it themselves, but have helped countless others as well. We are incredibly proud of our students because many of them have gone on to have successful careers as professionals, teachers, company members, and distinguished arts majors at some of the top schools and conservatories in the world. It’s by no accident that they continue to succeed. As staff members, we set our intention upon each and every student. Seeing each one greater than they see themselves, with the hope that they soar to great heights and achieve their dreams.
