Dancing Tree is such an amazing festival that perfectly integrates our human needs for presence and meditation as well as movement and play! I remember sending the email after seeing two of my friends who planned to facilitate red tent were no longer going, and I even tentatively asked for a small fee to pay for art supplies— I was blown away when I got accepted! That was one of my first big events where I had an assistant and everything. 2023 me had no idea how fruitful this business relationship would become or how meaningful these connections would be… Once again I am left in awe at my own boldness and the magic I have to create the life of my dreams! Dancing and painting have been passions of mine for years and years a d I’m so proud to have turned that into a thriving business! Now here we were in 2025 with a way bigger budget and team. Growing together! Challenging ourselves to push past our comfortable borders in order to expand our consciousness. It was beautiful to perform for this community and to have @heartwoodretreatcenter add some marks to the canvas. Grateful to @dancingtreefestival for investing in us and for @soldancemovement for always bringing such powerful dance vibes

What a beautiful process we shared together in the field. As a community, we came into presence, weaving connection, intention, and heart. So grateful for the beautiful people who showed up and said yes to this moment. We have the dates for January and February as well as a Spring Equinox retreat scheduled. The theme for the January Constellation gathering is “Peace is Non-Partisan” and we will do deep work around the divisiveness that exists in the outer world and in our inner world. Wow. What an honor to offer the only Ecstatic Dance set Friday night at an amazing microfest @dancingtreefestival in gorgeous Blue Ridge, GA. From crown to root, we let ourselves be moved by the medicine of music & dance 🌀 The dance journey’s intention: Light Body Activated :: Earth Body Rooted I started the dance journey with an Opening Embodiment & Chi Gong to get us into our bodies, ground, connect to our own self-sourced energy, and open our central columns to activate the flow 🌊 (more on that later 😉) We shook our 🍑’s for the ancestors, we played, we prayed, we rode the waves, and stomped our prayers into the amazingly ancient Appalachian land we were dancin upon. Sprinkled with throwbacks, a few surprises, some Jerry for the many Deadheads in the crowd, a multi-genred blend & plenty of bangers. We did our best with the mood lighting, more pro video coming soon 😉 So much love to my Chatt Squad, we rolled deep for this one. Part 2 of my Second South Eastern Tour of the Summer! playing for the second time over at @mystic_mountain_pizza was absolutely awesome! They take such great care of their musicians there, and I couldn’t be happier to have spent the first night of my time in Georgia at this joint! There’s something really cool about going out to a festival, putting up my gear and tent, and then leaving for another show! Felt like somehow… I had “made it “ . Tour doesn’t always feel glamorous. Often times it’s lonely, and arduous, and a way to hemorrhage money. This tour felt different. Full of community, love, and so much fun. I’m so glad to share more snippets of my time out at @dancingtreefestival and I’m even more excited to share part three soon! Playing with a full band (TWICE) was absolutely fabulous. I’ve missed playing with other musicians on stage, and the full sound that accompanies it! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I’m so grateful for the dancers who enjoyed the music, and the trees that I got to sing two throughout the weekend. What an absolute honor. Look out for part three soon! -A
