Today 12/6 9-2pm at @proctorfarmersmarket we will have tables loaded with honey, bagels, minis, and cupcakes!!! First up are our Everything Minis!!! Next are our sourdough bagels! I forgot to take a photo of the gloriously tasty vanilla and chocolate cupcakes that will be adorning our tables! Both topped with ganache, the vanilla cupcakes hide a secret raspberry filling and the chocolate is double dark chocolate banana cake topped with pink Himalayan sea salt! 🤤🤤🤤 all of the aforementioned deliciousness is gluten free vegan! This last week and a half has been some of the most eye opening times of my life… heartbreaking, clarifying, transformational. This week, I’ll be in the bakery quietly contemplating life and the tasks I have here on Earth, channeling my inner Mattice, and making plans. Baked with intention, everything will be imbued with love and connection; sourdough loaves(our standard size and large family sized loaves will be available), along with rolls and bagels! And yes! First up we’ve got our amazing Cinnamon Raisin Winter loaf! Made with pounds of juicy fragrant organic raisins and heaps of cinnamon, this loaf is soft and spongy and wildly fragrant! Next we’ve got our Breadline Sourdough but in a cute loaf! Then our Big Boss Sugar Cookies but they’re naked(seed oils are the devil so we are reworking our buttercream recipes)! Then down the line we’ve got our sourdough garlic herbed focaccia! We will also have white chocolate cranberry cookies and well as loads of our dark and dreamy fall honey!!! And in case you’re new here, everything is gluten, dairy, soy, corn, and peanut free! ALSO…….
