Spring has found its way back to the gardens at Dancing Bear.
With onions, tomatoes, and plenty of fresh goodies going into the ground, Boss Lady Sharon is helping set the stage for another season of garden-to-table moments at the @appalachianbistro .
Soon, these tender starts will become the flavors guests enjoy on their plates ā a quiet reminder that some of the best meals begin long before they reach the kitchen.
At Dancing Bear, the season is growing beautifully.
National recognition, rooted in the Smokies.
Weāre honored to share that Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro has been named to OpenTableās Top 100 Brunch Restaurants in America for the third year in a row, and as the only East Tennessee restaurant recognized, weāre feeling especially grateful.
In a region where brunch traditions run deep, this recognition means the world. From Bluegrass Brunch in the warmer months to Fireside Brunch beside crackling wood-burning fireplaces in winter, every Sunday service is crafted to feel like something worth lingering over.
So, hereās to lingering a little longer. š„

We danced. We sang. We soaked in one perfect Smoky Mountain night. āØ
Live on the Lawn made its long-awaited return to Dancing Bear with an unforgettable performance from Sam Bush and band - a beautiful opening set by Millie Rochelle, and a pre-show feast from Chef Jeff Carter that was worthy of the occasion. We woke up with a big smile on our face today thinking about last night. Thanks for being part of such a sweet memory! Until next timeā¦ā¦ Bear Hug.
