I'm a strong advocate of finding time to de-stress, especially as a student. In my uni days, dance was my way of connecting with myself, recharging and detaching from the hustle and bustle of life. It was my way of prioritising my mental health. Each time I dance, I feel a sense of peace & joy which I would love to share with the world. It's truly a magical feeling and I hope everyone gets to feel that as often as possible. It may not be dance for you but find your "it".
